Had engine problems on my boat. I called this service company after seeing one of their service trucks on the road. They were able to schedule an appointment at my dockside, come to my home on time, and complete the service in one stop. The technician was very neat and professional in his appearance and quite knowledgeable about Volvo Penta products. In fact, he was also very current with Volvo Penta's newest IPS drive and some of the issues with that new propulsion system. The tech found the issue quickly, showed me what the issue was, and how I could repair the issue in the future. The issue was a worn distributor cap and rotor. Also, while at the service stop, the outdrive trim pump was showing signs of water infiltration in the trim pump reserve. He inspected the supply lines on the outside of the boat and identified the issue. I hope that we have that issue resolved when the boat is taken to the shop for service. Excellent service call from Blue Water Marine. They promised and delivered everything from the appointment to fixing my problem.
